จากเดิมที่เรารู้กันว่าสนามบินเป็นสถานที่แรกและที่สุดท้ายที่เป็นจุดเชื่อมต่อผู้โดยสารทางอากาศกับจุดหมายปลายทาง ผู้โดยสารหรือนักเดินทางกลับมีมุมมองที่เชื่อมโยงสนามบินกับจุดหมายปลายทางเหนียวแน่นกว่าที่เราคิด การศึกษาชิ้นนี้สะท้อนถึงประสบการณ์และมุมมองของนักเดินทางต่อสนามบิน และชี้ให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการปรับปรุงประสบการณ์ของผู้โดยสารที่จะส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อสนามบินและจุดหมายปลายทาง
